Karem was extremely helpful and understood my wants and needs when I started the process to purchase a multifamily house as a real state investor, once we found the property, she fearlessly negotiated the transaction, she stepped in while I was away for business (out of country), Very impressed by how organized and knowledgeable she is on handling all aspects of the transaction, she was always available to answer any question or doubts I had at all times. I have been in the Mortgage business for at least 19 years and I have had experience with realitors however, I have never experienced a person like Karen who goes above and beyond. Unfortunately,I had to move from a property because the owners sold the home . My stress level was very high during this process and Karen always had the right words to say to make me feel like she wasn't just pushing me into a rental to get it over with. Regardless of the pressure she received she never put that pressure on me. Actually Karen would always say "Doreen if you don't love it don't do it" and knowing you have such an amazing person working with you and not in it for anything except for you being happy, you cannot ask for more then that.
