Karen Amato

I am originally from the east coast and where I bought my first house while I was in college. I took out a $2,000 student loan and bought a triplex. I lived in one unit and the others paid the bills. Moved to MN to go to the U of M to study Business Education and taught at Dakota Co Tech College. I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1984 selling businesses. My background also includes Real Estate Appraiser, Mortgage Originator and Investor. I have owned several rental properties and renovated & flipped homes in Minneapolis and St Paul. As a former business owner and Accounting Manager my experience provides expertise to Buyers and Sellers throughout the entire real estate process. I have lived in Prior Lake for over 30 years and enjoys traveling, sailing, swimming and golf and love to share my experiences that I have had over the years.
