She got us a condo in Belltown many years ago (when it was a buyer's market) ten thousands below the listing price. She took care of all the paper works, building inspections and made sure that all the items in the condo was in good working condition before the closing for us. We would recommend her to anyone.

She patiently helped me through the process of finding a townhome that matched my tastes and budget, and then gave sound advice during the negotiation phase with the builder. She also introduced me to a loan officer who was very thorough and made sure my mortgage was ready by closing. Once we entered contract, Karen prepared a calendar for me explaining what needed to happen by when, including the home inspection, final walk through, and close of escrow. After the sale was over, she gave me helpful tips for the moving process and answered some questions I had while setting up my utility accounts.
