Karen is originally from Billings, Montana, but has resided in Tucson since 1969. Her favorite aspects of Tucson include the pleasant winters, friendly individuals, and the enjoyment of rainfall. During her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, laughing, and being with her children and grandchildren. As an Associate Broker, she has numerous certifications including being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), certified in short sale properties and foreclosure short sales, and she is an REO Specialist.

Her client-focused approach involves carefully listening to her clients and striving for a mutually beneficial outcome. Karen is a skilled problem solver, considering all sides of an issue and working towards a resolution. She is always eager to assist and unafraid of hard work.
