Twenty-four years of selling experience, together with exceptional negotiating skills, is a testament to Karen’s achievements on behalf of her clients. She is consistently recognized as a top volume producing Broker in Denver by the Denver Board of Realtors Roundtable, as well as achieving the President’s Circle & President’s Elite Designations from Coldwell Banker, and was in the top 15 for Coldwell Banker Agents in the state of Colorado in 2004, 2007 and 2008. Karen was awarded the prestigious Five Star Real Estate Professional designation in 2012 through 2016 and was recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as being in the top one percent in sales volume for individual brokers in 2013, and 2015.
She is a Certified Relocation Specialist, a Certified Denver Landmark Real Estate Professional, a Member of The Denver Board of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, and Estates International. Karen Brinckerhoff is a fourth generation Denver native with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado State University.
