Karen Cooper moved to Charleston, SC in 2010 in pursuit of the coastal life, and that is exactly what she found. Immediately falling in love with Charleston she began to find herself trying to persuade all her friends and family to move to the Lowcountry. She then found herself talking to tourists/visitors on the street and realized that she was a walking and talking billboard for Charleston. It was natural that Karen decided to become a full time real estate professional. Not only does she know the market inside-out, she truly cares about the people she works with and customer service is her number one priority. She wants everyone to experience the dream and happiness she has found in Charleston. Prior to choosing real estate as her passion, Karen spent her career in marketing and advertising, working at two large advertising agencies and becoming an independent marketing consultant. She is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date with marketing and advertising trends. This marketing knowledge includes the latest internet marketing tools which is greatly advantageous to her clients providing maximum exposure of their property to the widest possible range of qualified buyers.
