Karen Feldman

Licensed in Montana and Illinois, Karen began her career real estate 1990. She grew up Chicago proper and has spent the last 39 years living on the North Shore. She speaks both German and Spanish in addition to English, which has served her well over the years. Karen attended Loyola University, DePaul University, and did research at the University of Chicago. Her dedication to her studies and research in Psychology has awarded her with many honors from the university. The knowledge she gained there has lent itself to her career, marketing and data analysis. Researching the properties and market conditions that she is involved in is her key to performing the best transaction.

Karen’s previous experience working on the trading floor of CBOT (Chicago Board of Trade) CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) has helped her in the act of price discovery, as well as the knowledge of how markets work. Her prior experience serving as a public servant in Lincolnshire as Village Trustee for 4 terms has given her insight on how local governments work and upcoming plans involving multiple communities, as well as unique negotiation strategies. She does not take the honor of holding people's trust in her lightly.

Karen is a self-professed artist, gardener, writer, and prides herself on being creative. Her children have taught her the need for patience and attention that she passes onto her clients. Listening and time are gifts she gives freely to ensure successful transactions as well as future referrals.
