I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen. My sister-in-law works for Keller Williams Realty out of NH and when we were looking to relocate to NC she provided an introduction to Karen. This was my first home purchase and my husband's second, and the idea of home buying seemed very intimidating to me. Coming from NH where there is low inventory and buyers are going well over asking to secure homes, we had no idea what to expect with the real estate market down in NC. Karen was simply amazing! Initially much of our diligence was done via phone, email and text and Karen was so knowledgeable and calm throughout and super responsive. When we finally made a plan to go look at properties down in NC, it was clear that she had shown so much care in listening to things we were looking for and even anticipating things we didn't ask for. We had a couple of properties we were interested in seeing based on her lists to us, and a few that weren't even on our radar. Ultimately she found our dream home for us and it was that we hadn't initially selected - she just thought it was a good fit based on our conversations. Throughout everything Karen answered all of our questions, was exceptionally patient, and made this process easy. So many people have nightmares about buying a home and the stress involved, and that was not our experience at all thanks to Karen. She's a wonderful agent and such a kind person!

Karen helped my husband and I bought our first house! She is very informative and knowledgeable. Even when she doesn't know the answer, she will find it and get back to you like the next 10 mins or so. Karen is professional and passionate at what she does. She also really listens to what you like and don't like in and out of the house. We're so glad we went with her! Definitely would recommend!

It was such a delight for my husband and I as we worked with Karen through the process of buying our first home. She encouraged us and was supportive in all the decisions we made. She was willing to travel the distance so we could show my in-laws how the house looked like prior to closing. She also answered all the questions we had, reassured me many times to not stress too hard, and helped remind me that this was good stress. Karen was also available through text messages and always got back to us in a timely manner.

Mrs. Karen has been an awesome realtor. Being first time buyers came with a lot. She walked us through the process and was able to answer any questions we had. A few years later, we sold our home with Mrs. Karen. The whole process from beginning to end was very easy. Being the first house we've ever sold, I can tell you we came with a lot of questions. We never could have gone through this without her! She was absolutely amazing!! She was very quick to respond. If she didn't know the answer, she would find out and get back to us immediately! She always had our best interest ahead of anything else. She is wonderful and professional. She is an AWESOME REALTOR that gets the job done!

Karen, Thank you tremendously. After almost a year of searching, the house that’s for me, is finally for me. This was an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy. The seller breached the contract and kept my due diligence! Karen advised me to seek legal counsel and she and my closing attorney pushed me to the best real estate litigation attorney, Brice Bratcher. It took a year and $42K of attorney fees (the seller is paying) but I won my beautiful first home. Karen supported me emotionally throughout this entire process. She assisted me in any way she could. I could not be more grateful for her sweet and positive outlook on things. By far, she was my biggest support system and I can’t thank her enough. 5 years from now she will be the only person selling this house because we made history fighting this legal battle and being one of the first to win! If you want the realtor that considers everything you have going on, encourages you, shares a vision with you, leads you in the right direction, and works around the clock, KAREN IS THE ONE!

Karen was an amazing realtor. We are in Arizona and she sold our property in North Carolina for us. We were very worried since we weren't local, but she took care of everything. Karen is an exemplary example of a fantastic agent. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient!
With the market as hot and volatile as it is right now, we’ve been looking for months as first time home buyers and she guided us every step of the way, explaining all of those complicated real estate concepts we had no clue about until we began our search.
She kept our spirits up when we were getting discouraged by the hyper-competitiveness of the market, and she made sure to keep us in the loop about current trends that would push prices and availability one way or another. We never lacked for information with Karen, and her ease of contact and ability to answer all of our questions put our mind at ease during our search. Even if she was unable to attend showings due to life events, she made sure we were always taken care of so we could keep up with our search, and was able to get info on places for us even if she wasn’t there physically.
Thanks to Karen, we were able to get a home that I don’t think we would have been able to snag otherwise. And once our offer was accepted, Karen still went above and beyond with recommendations for well priced flooring and painting services so we can get the work we need done within our budget! If you’re looking for a real estate agent, Karen is definitely 100% who I would recommend.
