Karen is the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. My wife and I live in Northern California and were interested in purchasing a home in Reno, NV. We have two sons going to school at UNR and we wanted a home for them to live in during their time in college, and a future retirement home for us.

Karen’s experience and knowledge of the Reno market made our home purchase in a different state possible and comfortable. She worked tirelessly to find properties for us to look at when we could make trips to Reno. When my wife and I could not make the trip to Reno, Karen would show the property to our boys.
I trusted her real estate and construction experience completely, even when I could not see the property in person. We eventually purchased a beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood near the UNR campus.

We are thankful for the different contacts and connections that Karen has in the local market. Karen helped us with a lender for our mortgage, the right people to handle our 1031 exchange and the contractors to conduct our home inspections. She also put us in contact with the right people to help us with a home warranty.

She has great insight into residential areas and is able to match your needs with what's available in housing.
