Just wanted to thank you once more for all your efforts on my behalf. Since the beginning, you have been faithful to the wishes I presented to you. One of my biggest requests (what was already on my mind) you presented to me perhaps a minute before I would have expressed it. That was amazing. It was, of course, the idea of bundling my workshop with the rest of the property. Because I did not want to risk a prolonged listing interval, you suggested an asking price that, as it turned out, was ideal. My particular choice of one of the five offers meant quite a bit of work for you, which you attended to faithfully despite obstacles, as the buyer sought approval for a loan that had more twists and turns than anticipated.
