Let me just start off by saying that i thought all hope was lost of getting the property me and my spouse had our eyes set on. It was a unique situation and the lender we started with left me high and dry because in the end they said they do not finance those types of loans. We needed a specific type of insurance , loan etc. That is when we reached out to Karen. Let me just say right from the start Karen and her team gave me full confidence that if there was a way we could secure this property , They would be the ones to do it. Karen and her team knew exactly what we needed and acted fast to secure this property for us because like i said we wasted valuable time with the previous team that got us nowhere. Karen and her team were very knowledgeable , Quick , caring , and straight forward with us. I will never use another Agent again so long as KAREN HOCUTT and her team is available . I’ll kick off this review with Karen Hocutt is AMAZING. First impressions mean a lot to me & she had me from the jump. I was a first time home buyer & from day one to closing day she was very helpful. I told her a brief idea of what I was looking for & she found my dream home within a day or two. She stayed on the phone with me a little over an hour going over several of the documents that were sent to me via email. She would go above and beyond & take my phone call late at night. She kept me as a priority & I appreciated that a lot. Karen is a great listener I briefly mentioned packing a moving myself, later that night I got an email for Penske truck discounts. I’ve heared plenty horror stories of buying a home. Karen being with me every step of the way made the process go smoother than I could ever imagine. We started the search mid/end of may & closed June 28th. I would HIGHLY recommend Karen Hocutt for any home buying or selling needs.

She’s your realtor, counselor, friend, and cheerleader all bundled in one fabulous human being. When we decided renting was no longer for us, we knew Karen Hocutt would have to be our realtor. Karen defied the image of real estate agents at every turn in the process. Karen knew from the beginning we were going to buy a new home. Karen was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! Karen explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from finding the builder, to making the offer and working with the mortgage banker. This made it easy to close on our new home in Carolina Landing in less than a year. Karen is wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you.
