As a first time home buyer, I found Kathy and Karen to be fantastic guides in the world of Colorado real estate. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Patient, responsive, eager to answer any and all questions, flexible with our schedule, and supportive all the way through to closing. We were lucky to have them to rely on. They always went out of their out of their way to make sure everything about the house was perfect. Our house was sold quickly and for the asking price we listed.
