Since 1993, Karen has been a resident of the Chadds Ford area, living there with her family. In 2014, she joined Patterson-Schwartz and obtained her Delaware license. With an active, full-time real estate career dating back to 2007, Karen has established herself as a dedicated professional in the industry. She has been involved with various real estate organizations, including the Beiler-Campbell Advisory Board, Suburban West REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, PA Association of REALTORS®, and Suburban Real Estate Alliance.
