Mrs. Karen is an excellent relator. Always going above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. Throughout my process, Mrs. Karen walked me through everything. She took baby steps with me being as thought this was my first home. I could text super late or super early and she would always respond and never would complain. The process was trying but she didn’t stop until we found my dream home. It didn’t stop there though, she fought for everything I needed and then some and cheered me on as I sat at the table to sign my papers. This experience was a great experience. I’m not sure what I would do without my relator. 15/10 !

Karen Langston is top notch. First she convinced me to sell my house and not give it away. She told me what she could do, and although I believed her, I wasn't quite sure. She explained in detail all the procedures and assisted me every step of the way..
Well she absolutely showed me what she could do. She cleaned out my house, fixed it up, showed it in about a.week and sold it in 2 days. She was professional in every aspect and certainly knows how to conduct her business . I am glad to have met her and highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.

During the mist of a pandemic and a terrible market Ms.Karen helped me find the house that I wanted and needed for my family. And well within my budget. She helped me to be optimistic when I felt I wouldn’t find anything suitable. She encouraged me when I felt like giving up. I love my home more and more everyday and I love my neighborhood. Ms.Karen advocated for me, stayed in constant contact with me , and even thought ahead to get me things in my home I didn’t realize I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and I look forward to working with her again for my next home purchase. Choosing to work with Ms.Karen made my home buying process a pleasure. There is no one else that I would rather work with. She covered me front and back.

Karen was such a blessing to our family. Her patience and professionalism are unmatched! As a realtor she is extremely knowledgeable and patient. My husband and I were so frustrated looking for a home before we met Karen. We looked at a number of homes, and thought about compromising after a few months. Karen encouraged us to keep looking when she could have easily “sealed the deal”at that point. I am so glad we didn’t compromise, because a few weeks later we found our dream home! Karen is customer focused and results driven, I highly recommend Karen without hesitation or reservation as a realtor.

Sidebar:
Karen is so great with children, she would bring snacks for my daughter on days we had several homes to walk through. At our closing, my daughter illustrated a picture for Karen of our new home, our family, Karen and a SOLD sign in the yard! My daughter still asks about Ms.Karen.

Karen Langston is realtor Gold!!! If you're lucky enough to have her as your realtor consider yourself blessed. In January I started my home search on Zillow like most of us and was paired with Karen to view a home. I had no idea what I was looking for or needed (moving to a new state). I wasn't even pre-approved for a mortgage. Karen helped me with every step of the way, not sparing any details so I always knew what to expect. She recommended multiple loan officers so that I could start my pre-approval process. Once I was pre-approved we immediately began viewing homes again and I found a home I was in love with almost immediately. Because of Karen's due diligence and ability to build relationships with listing agents even in this crazy market we were able to make my offer stand out and get me to the closing table in about 5 weeks!! Any hiccups along the way Karen kept me informed even when my own attorney didn't. She took the lead and helped me resolve any issues. In this sellers market where there's more demand than supply you see a lot of realtors doing sketchy things to close a deal. Karen is honest, detailed, thorough and professional. A true white glove experience. I couldn't have done this without her. Thank you Karen!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mrs. Langston made sure that me and my partner’s home buying process was as smooth and easy as possible. My partner had bought a home before but this was my first time purchasing a home. She made sure I understood everything step by step, and if I ever had any questions to never hesitate to come to her for those answers.
