Karen works 24-7, which is incredibly important in this market. She understood what I was looking for and helped me look at appropriate homes the minute they came on the market. Karen knows her real-estate and was able to help me identify potential strengths and weaknesses in the older properties we looked at. She even gave me a list of people who could help me make the repairs I wanted to.

Karen is patient, encouraging, personable, and super-knowledgeable. She did research for us which took items off our To Do lists during such a busy time. She helped us find and buy a pretty rare property that we wouldn't have had a chance at if it weren't for Karen. Our purchasing process was drawn out for a variety of reasons and Karen was always there if we had questions and to reassure us. She is flexible; if I changed my mind she rolled with it and never made me feel silly or bad. Karen is generous and I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent. If I move again, she'll be the first call I make.

Karen is an amazing agent. She was very responsive, knowledgeable of the Brookside/ Waldo area we were searching in and diligent about following up with contractors and other agents. She was quick to have contractors and inspectors names and was willing to schedule them to meet us at the house with quick turn around. I would HIGHLY recommend Karen to anyone looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent!
