Karen is the consummate professional. I find her to be more than a realtor. She's a matchmaker. She introduces people to homes until they fall in love with one of them. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. I doubt there's any real estate issue she hasn't seen. She will be by your side every step of the way calming your fears and anxieties. I guess you can say sometimes she's even a therapist. If you want a realtor who gets things done, treats you as if you're family, and is a calming force during a stressful time, Call her. You won't regret it.

I can highly recommend Karen Levison as a true real estate professional. Karen has both helped me purchase a new home in Glens Falls several years ago and most recently assisted me in selling my house. Karen is very knowledgeable about the many "ins" and "outs" of both buying and selling real estate in Glens Falls and the surrounding areas. At all times she was friendly, kind, responsive, hard working and professional. It's difficult for me to say enough good things about Karen and she has truly earned all the accolades I can give her.

Karen was a pleasure to work with while searching for the perfect home. She was not focused on just making the sale but more importantly on the relationship and understanding of buying the right house. She took the time to point out the good and bad of each property and went above and beyond to make sure there was no surprises and that we were informed about everything good or bad.

I had never sold a home before and knew very little as to what was needed from a seller's standpoint. I could not have had a better experience due to Karen's expertise, thoroughness and integrity. She made the entire process seamless and actually sold the home on the first day! In an area of abundant realtors to work with, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Karen!
