For her, that means following market trends, knowing financing options, negotiating strategically on her clients' behalf, to know the market inventory, both active properties for sale and quiet (pocket listings) properties on the market for sale in the area her clients wish to market the sale of their property or purchase a new home. While serving as branch manager for major real estate companies, she has guided agents toward successful transactions and has consistently achieved award-winning top producer status for her dynamic sales approach. Karen has sold and managed over one billion dollars in real estate transactions throughout her career in real estate.
