Karen O'Carroll

Having grown up in Saratoga County and spending summers working in Lake George, Karen always aspired to reside in the area. That goal became a reality even sooner than she had hoped. Now living year-round on Lake George in Bolton Landing, she takes full advantage of everything the region has to offer, including boating, hiking, skiing, golf, and tennis.

Karen holds an Associate Broker’s License and specializes in the Lake George and Gore Mountain regions of the Adirondacks, as well as the Glens Falls/Queensbury area. With extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers, she has successfully listed and sold a variety of properties, including waterfront homes, condos, multi-family residences, vacation homes, commercial properties, and vacant land.
