Karen Ranger

For more than 40 years Karen Ranger has been a success story in her career of real estate. Having lived and worked in the Northgate area of Walnut Creek for 45 years, Karen and her husband raised their 2 children through the Northgate schools and were active participants in the children’s education and outside activities. Being an active resident for that long a period of time, Karen has become an expert on the housing market in the local Walnut Creek and surrounding areas, but particularly so in the Northgate area, where she has sold many, many homes in her 45 years there.

Although many of Karen’s clients are local to the area, she has been a designated Relocation Specialist for most of her career and has helped many transferees move in and out of the central Contra Costa area. When it comes to all the particulars of moving across town, state or across country, Karen’s knowledge base in the area of relocation is extensive.

Beyond Karen’s real estate sales base, she has been involved with the Contra Costa Association of Realtors working on the Ethics and Grievance Committee for 25 years and Chairperson for over 10 years, and is currently a panelist for the Professional Standards Committee, where Arbitration and Ethics violations hearings are held. Her hard work and dedication to the Association of Realtors benefits her fellow Realtors and makes her a better Realtor overall.
