Karen Rich

Karen Rich has been in commercial real estate in Maine since 1991 and was voted Maine Commercial Realtor of the year in 2012. Over 30 years, Karen has been involved with many retail and development projects in Southern Maine, her largest single investment sale topping $15M.

Karen specializes in all aspects of sales and leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties. Her expertise in assembling development sites throughout Maine has proven invaluable to her clients. Karen serves on the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors Board of Directors and is involved with many local civic projects and committees both on Long Island and in Portland. Karen has two grown children and five grandchildren. Each 4th of July, Karen and her husband hold an annual lobster bake at their home for a large crowd of friends and family. After raising their family in Falmouth, Karen and her husband, Zoeth, moved to their home on Long Island in Casco Bay where they have lived for 20 years. Six months out of the year, they use their own boat to travel in to work, which makes for an amazing commute!
