She always responded promptly, provided honest and sound advice, and was experienced in all facets of her job. We initially met Karen when she took over the job of property manager for our old house, which immediately involved the removal of a delinquent and undesirable tenant. Then she helped us locate a reputable contractor (we now live out-of-state) and provided valuable insight regarding necessary repairs, and improvements to get the house ready for sale. Once listed, the house was under contract within a month, but not withstanding a few bad offers which Karen quickly navigated us past. Through this whole process, we always felt like Karen had our best interest in mind, and we were her top priority. She did an excellent job

She did an excellent job of reviewing the property for maintenance needs as well as finding good service personnel to accomplish the work. In the course of conversations, I mentioned that I had previously had a contract for deed in process for the property. She asked if I were still interested in transitioning from rental property to sale property. As soon as I mentioned I would consider it, she took the ball and ran with it. She handled all negotiations with the purchaser to my exact specifications. She answered everyone's (buyer's and seller's) questions accurately and promptly. Some aspects of this contract were a new experience for Karen. She did an excellent job of pursuing the details, learning the ropes and making it happen. She was available evenings and weekends to accommodate my demanding schedule. She is an absolute delight to work with. I would recommend Karen to others in a heartbeat.
