Contract in a day! Karen is amazing! She walked through our house before we put it on the market and gave us some suggestions that would help us get the best price. The photographer she sent over took such beautiful pics of our home, I briefly thought twice about going on the market at all. We had FOUR showing within 24 hours of putting our house on the market and an offer within 24 hours. She was an advocate for us during contract negotiations and sent over experienced contractors to help make requested repairs.
