I met Karen through a Facebook post. This was truly my lucky day! I needed help finding a rental and due to some disabilities, this was not an easy task. We had a very specific list of needs and wants. Karen really paid attention and became invested in finding us the perfect home. She was always there for me to help and answer all of the million questions I had. She went above and beyond for us. Karen is such a nice lady and so easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and made this difficult process so much easier for us. I highly recommend Karen for all of your real estate needs. I can not say enough good things about her. Karen has truly been a blessing to work with through the whole process. She is very encouraging and motivating even when times that I wanted to give up from the frustration of trying to find a suitable home for my family and I during these difficult times with the housing market. I wish that there were more realtors like her out there. Karen is truly passionate about what she does and I hope that she continues on with her journey in real estate. I have learned so much from her during this process about the housing market, homes,FHA, appraisals, inspections etc.She took the time to explain and follow up on things in a timely fashion all while keeping it truly professional.
