Karen Stokes

Karen has been a native of South Carolina since birth and is familiar with the upstate area and all it has to offer. She has resided in the Powdersville-Easley area for twenty-five years because of the small-town feel and convenience of Greenville right down the road. As a mother of two boys, she understands the importance of finding the perfect place to call home. Her career path and family business led her to her true calling as a realtor. For many years she has worked side by side with other realtors, and licensed contractors to ensure necessary repairs were complete to meet the closing date of a home. Therefore, she has experience with the paperwork from an offer, all the way to closing, and any of the problems that can develop during the process. It is her hope that with her attention to detail and knowledge of the process, her desire to treat others the way she wants to be treated, along with her twenty years of marketing, customer service, and advertising background, she can make buying or selling a home a more enjoyable and less stressful experience for you.
