We were looking to relocate from out of State into Upstate NY in 2017. My wife and I asked Karen and Stu Thomas, at Reality Realty to show us a variety of homes and condo options in the Saratoga Springs Region during a limited 3 day visit, and they certainly did not disappoint us. They met us early day one of our arrival and had set up an aggressive schedule showing us a wide variety of homes, condos, locations, and options as we requested, and a few they felt fit our lifestyle. We put in a solid 2 days of 8 hours a day of suburban home tours, downtown living options, existing and new construction, and reviewed how each option met our future needs. Karen and Stu let no stone unturned. Day 3 they left us on our own to review options we had narrowed down too, but were only a phone call or text away from any questions we had. And we had plenty! We left Saratoga Springs with a lot hold for new construction in place, and the feeling that we were important to Reality Realty's business. It felt like a personal relationship rather than a business relationship, and it made our entire buying experience special.
