Full disclosure: Karen has been a dear friend & like a sister for literally decades. So when my husband & I decided to put our home in Denver on the market I was a bit hesitant to hire her being of the opinion that business & friendship shouldn’t mix.
But despite my initial misgivings Karen could not have done a better job representing us at a time when interest rates were rising & the housing market had begun to cool.
I won’t say it was a totally smooth ride
because it was so hard letting go of my home of 35 years.
But Karen put up with my tears & occasional snark (mostly when I chose to ignore her advice) & worked her marketing magic to find the perfect buyers & negotiate a good price on our behalf.
She’s surely one of the hardest working & most knowledgeable agents I’ve ever worked with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I can’t speak highly enough of Karen as our real estate agent. She listed our house and quickly got it sold at asking price. She is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Karen was always available to answer our questions. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend her!

I am a first time home buyer and was so thankful I came across Karen Weidner as an agent. She was patient with explaining everything I needed to know when it came to the entering the housing market and what to expect. I put in multiple offers on different properties and finally landed my dream condo! Karen listened to what was important to me and truly nailed it. There were multiple offers on the property I wanted, but Karen helped me put in a strategic offer and paired me up with a lender who could do a fast close and seal the deal. Thanks Karen!

Karen helped me buy my home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhood and she went above and beyond when it came to doing research and contacting others who were helpful in the process. It was clear that she was an experienced professional who cared about her clients. She was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance at a moment’s notice. We have three small children and she was supportive and sweet to them, which put everyone at ease. She made a typically stressful experience manageable and enjoyable. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her and since then we are happy to call her a friend. We highly recommend her!
