Kari Corley brings heart, integrity, and lived experience to her work as a Realtor with The Homes Group in Metro Atlanta. A proud native of Texas, Kari’s husband’s military career—and her own role with the Georgia National Guard Family Programs—led their family through multiple moves before finally putting down roots in Woodstock, the place they now call home.
Kari holds a degree from Texas A&M University and began her career working in newspapers in both Texas and Georgia before shifting into family advocacy and support work. Helping people has been the throughline of every role she’s held—and real estate allows her to do that in one of life’s biggest moments.
Having personally moved five times in 15 years, Kari deeply understands the emotions, questions, and stress that come with buying or selling a home. Her clients are never just names on a list—she sees every transaction as a major life decision and takes that responsibility seriously. She believes in direct, open, and honest communication, and prioritizes building real trust through personal connection.
Since 2021, Kari has had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell homes from as far north as Bartow, south to Henry and all in between, always focused on protecting her clients’ best interests—not just getting a deal done.
Outside of real estate, Kari is an active and involved mom of four, supporting Scouts, competitive fencers, and college students, and she volunteers with Scout Troops 8880 and 8088, the River Ridge Band Program, and the National Guard Association of Georgia.
For Kari, real estate is about real people, real lives, and helping others start their next chapter with confidence and care.
