Do not look any further than Kari Edge with Edge Real Estate for your real estate needs. Kari knows the Colorado market and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to negotiating the best price for her clients, buying or selling. I’ve sold a home with Kari and purchased a home with Kari; both were excellent wins!! Kari is smart, quick, tenacious when needed, always two steps ahead in knowing the needs of her buyers and sellers. Kari does it all with grace, ease, and most of all makes the real estate process fun! Above and beyond.

My wife and I recently purchased a home (with the help of Kari), out of state. The challenges that come with moving out-of-state, can be scary and often times overwhelming. Kari took that weight and placed it on her shoulders. I think one of the best traits I can point out in this review, is simply the fact that she listens. We spoke over the phone prior to meeting in person (out of state challenge #1), and the results of that discussion were spot on. We arrived day 1 of a two-day trip, planning to spend both days house hunting with Kari. Her knowledge and attention focused on our priorities, resulted in not only finding our house, but finding it on the first day. The second day...we enjoyed dreaming and walking around the town we were so excited to move too. We are now living in our new home, completely satisfied. I could go on and on about the actual purchasing process (which is important), but it would much of the same message.
If you are looking for a new home, I would strongly advise you to set up a meeting with Kari.
