Fun to deal with but professional. Kari made the experience of buying a house a lot less stressful.
She made me more enthusiastic and less scare. Still there to answer questions..or refer me to someone that can answer them if she cant. And we got a smoker and a fish tank too.

Kari. You still need to stop by to try Kristinas smoked brisket! Really good!

Highly recommend Kari for anyone looking for to purchase a home. I was new to home buying. Kari was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! I love her passion she had to help us find our new home. The excitement she always had to go check out new homes was unbelievable. Her patience and quickness is something that makes her the best. From having 4-5 house showings to all the paperwork that had to be done for closing Kari had everything figured out quick. Kari explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage lender and explaining any concerns I had. This made it really easy to move into and kept communication even throughout her wedding/honeymoon month!! I love Kari and will always be thankful for helping me close on my first ever home. Look forward to working with her again!!
