Kari Lyke is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in the industry, and has led close to 200 real estate transactions. In 2012, she founded a residential real estate investment company from the ground up, becoming an expert in marketing, negotiation, creative financing and deal structuring, acquisition, renovation, leasing, and sales. Three years ago, Kari expanded her expertise into commercial real estate, where she continues to thrive as both an investor and an investment sales agent. Host of The Investment Warrior Podcast (3 year run), a former real estate coach and passionate public speaker, she is committed to empowering other investors to succeed. When she’s not closing deals, Kari enjoys hiking, swimming, and camping with her family
