Kari Nettles

Kari Nettles has been employed by McDougal Companies since 1997. She began her career in leasing at several of the McDougal apartment communities while attending Texas Tech University. In 2000, Kari graduated Cum Laude from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. Over the years, she advanced to Assistant Community Director and then Community Director. She has earned certifications from the National Apartment Association – NALP, CAM, and CAMT. Currently, Kari is working as the Multifamily Operations Administrator. She handles hiring and training for the property office staff and helps oversee operations of the apartment communities.
