Karin Chao

Karin Chao is the President at Infinity Realty Advisors. Ms. Chao leads the acquisitions team and the multi-family development division. As a developer, she is a dedicated advocate for affordable housing in Los Angeles and has developed a number of multi-family units across Los Angeles. She oversees the deal sourcing, capital structuring, and development programming. Ms. Chao holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from New York University Stern School of Business. Ms. Chao is the president of the Los Angeles Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, a land economics honor society. She also serves as the co-president of the Asian Business League of Southern California and on the Board of Governors for the Los Angeles Athletic Club. She is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and serves on the CCIM Los Angeles Chapter board of directors as the candidate guidance chair.
