Karin Hamilton

Karin Hamilton began her career in Real Estate in 1992, quickly falling in love with the process of helping others achieve their dream of home ownership. She went on to obtain her Broker’s license in both New Hampshire and Maine. As a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), she is able to advocate for her clients, whether Seller or Buyer. Karin earned her degree in Business with a certificate in Management, and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society, the National Association of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the Strafford County Board of Realtors.

Throughout her long career, Karin has enjoyed the friendships that developed with her clients and kept in touch with them, often assisting with subsequent transactions through the years. A woman of integrity, Karin’s energy, hard work, and exceptional service in every detail of the transaction has been demonstrated in the success of her clients in their real estate goals. With a thirst for knowledge and skill, Karin embraces continuing education training and technology to understand her craft and serve her clients and customers utilizing cutting edge systems and tools.

Karin’s specialized skills include New Construction, from start to completion of several subdivisions. She assists both the builder and client through the entire transaction. In addition, her specialties include Relocation, Short Sales, Bank Owned properties, and First Time Home Buyers. With extensive training in negotiation and financing, Karin is able to bring Sellers and Buyers together in a meeting of the minds, as well as keep the transaction together and on track through the bumps and turns along the road to closing.
Karin has lived in the Greater Seacoast area since 1992 and has raised four children, welcoming her first grandchild this summer. Her hobbies include kayaking, skiing, gardening and camping. She currently serves as President of a ski club in North Conway.
