Karin͏ is simply the best!
There͏ is nothing I could say to convey how incredible Karin is as a realtor and as a friend. She helped us get into our first home in FL in 2010 and helped sell that house 11 years later in 2021. She always went above and beyond in every way and working with her was always a pleasure. She made the process of homebuying and selling a home, which is not an easy task, very simple. We love her and anyone should consider themselves lucky to be working with her!

Karin was an incredible realtor! Extremely knowledgeable and a strong advocate for her clients. She is very knowledgeable about Florida rules and home-buying process which was so extremely helpful. Her network of contacts in the area was so helpful in working out inspections needed, etc. - anything I needed! The most wonderful part is that I literally enjoyed spending time with her as we had some very funny moments! I feel so very lucky to have had her by my side during this process, and I learned a great deal from her.

Karin was recommended to us by a family member who had used her services in the past. We wanted to purchase a newer home in Satellite Beach in a specific area. We found her very knowledgeable, professional, experienced and personable. She knew the area very well and had “local knowledge “ on several homes and their history. Being a long time resident of Satellite Beach she even knew the local builders and the quality of their work. Once we realized how competitive the market was, she got aggressive and we secured a contract on our forever home. After the contract was signed, she was busy arranging inspections, solving problems, dealing with the HOA and answering our endless questions. She kept us informed on progress as we had a two week closing date. Overall we had a wonderful experience and realized how competent Karin is, she was on top of everything. We would HIGHLY recommend Karin to anybody who is looking for real estate in the Satellite Beach area.

Many people dread writing essays because they don’t know what to say. This certainly is not the case when writing a recommendation for Karin Mann. Early in the process of trying to sell our townhouse ourselves, Karin contacted us and said if we ever needed help, to call her. Well, we definitely needed help, and Karin delivered the much-needed assistance.
Karin immediately went to work: the pictures were professionally taken the next day; signs went up, the lock box was on the door, and the MLS listing brought in several prospective buyers. She also made reasonable recommendations and suggestions to help sell the house. Karin went above and beyond with contacting the HOA management for answers to possible upcoming questions. She contracted with Alliance Closing, and the closing was easy and stress-free.
Karin was consistently conscientious about keeping us abreast of what was being done at every step along the way. Following her advice made it easier to sell the house, while at the same time easing our minds knowing we were in such good hands.
Karin is both professional and personable. She is an exceptionally competent realtor and a skilled communicator. Her credibility and experience made this process seamless. We highly recommend Karin Mann if you are looking to either buy or sell a house on the Space Coast.

Karin is the BEST! I own approximately $3 million of real estate and she is the best realtor I've ever worked with. Not only is she friendly, but she is extraordinarily responsive, helpful, and communicative. She keeps you up-to-date on everything that is happening with your deal and your property, and if you have special needs, she either knows the right person, finds the right person, or does it herself. I wish I had a need to buy something in the Melbourne area so that I could use her.

In one of my transactions, an unusual deal involving three party transaction: Party 1 sold to Party 2, and Party 2 sold to Party 3 (me). She represented none of us, but when it got tricky (too many attorneys), I asked her to help all of us. She put both transactions together. I voluntarily paid her a fee which was certainly not enough.

Six years later, I was so grateful that she was available and willing to be my broker when I sold the property I had purchased in that peculiar deal.

In the process, since I live out of state, she went "above and beyond" in multiple respects: helped me find a storage unit, moved all my stuff into storage, helped me sell a car I owned at the property I was selling, found painters, repair people, cleaners. I was amazed every day during the process.

Some advice: Hire Karin. She will make your transaction, regardless of how much "hair" it has on it, proceed from start to finish as smooth as silk.

Karin was great to work with. She was on top of her game. She knows the little details that can sway someone to choose you when buying your new home. And she has relationships with everyone you will need during your home buying experience. As a control freak it was nice to have someone provide me a list of her most trusted rather than have to do all of the research on my own. I would highly recommend choosing Karin Mann as your agent if you want things done right!
