Karin became more than just our realtor, she genuinely became a family friend. My husband and I will always be so greatful to Karin for not only looking out for our absolute best interest , but for the tireless work she put in to make our dream come true. Karin is COMMITTED, to her work and her clients, she answered our calls, texts, emails and endless questions with consistency and professionalism every time. She took initiative on all fronts never leaving us in the unknown, she just got it done. She is knowledgeable, resourceful and is never afraid to speak up for what is right. We have purchased two and sold 2 properties with Karin and would utilize her expertise till the end of time if the situation allows.
She scheduled the inspections, she sent us reminders, she met every deadline, she always gave us the ugly truth, she packed my dog AND husband treats for a long trip out of state! I have had other realtors, and i'm sure there are tons of great ones. I promise you, she's one of the best!

Karin represented us in the sale of our condo and purchase of a new home. We used her for a previous purchase and had a great experience. She is responsive and goes beyond what is expected in terms of customer service. She follows up with issues and is excellent with details and research. A real strength was Karin's knowledge of the process when it came to due diligence. She found issues, documentation, and worked through things that I wouldn't not even have considered researching. We were really glad she had our backs. She went the extra mile with communication and updates which was really helpful and reassuring.

We recently purchased and sold homes with Karin's help - five years after she helped us buy our first home! This time around, the market was tough for buyers, and it took us a while to find the right home. Karin was encouraging, optimistic and never let us feel defeated in our search. She is so supportive, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the market and process. Karin is the best! She helped me find my condo 4 years ago after a lengthy search and recently helped me sell the same condo. The process for both sales were smooth and stress free. From the very first day I met Karin Turner, she was just amazing. She is everything a realtor should be and more. Karin focused on what we were looking for as a family and is the reason we were able to buy our dream home. The market was not favorable and there was a lot of competition especially in the midst of COVID era. But she really did everything she could to get us into showings and went above and beyond to help us. She made recommendations on homes we should see, pointed out things to us that we should consider when buying, and evaluated the pros and cons with us on all considered homes. She was never pushy, always put our needs first, and was patient with every step of the process. On top of her professionalism, she is just so kind and compassionate. She got to know our family over the course of our search. She knows the market really well and does her homework on every house. Karin reached me when I entered my information on a 3rd party website (Trulia or Realtor can't remember). Upon contacting me, we made an appointment to see a home that I was interested. She sho wed an amazing local knowledge as well as technical that impressed me and my wife. Understanding our needs with only a few questions, she showed us a second home that we fell in love with and ended up buying it. Karin helped from beginning to end. We were not inclined to pay full price for the home but also did not want to lose it. Taking this in consideration, she instructed us in making a formal offer and negotiating a better price and assisted us in hiring a home inspector which did an amazing job. Upon finding what was wrong, she contacted the seller repeatedly and got much more than we expected fixed! We find difficult to find the proper adjectives to describe our experience in dealing with Karin. In simple words, she found, helped us negotiate and complete the entire process in the most professional manner. The impact of such experience will be tremendous over the years in our family both financially and in providing first class education for our children.
