Where can I start…. God bless Karina! She was very helpful to me and my dad who was in a tough situation being incarcerated. Karina helped one of our buyers purchase a home. She did an Awesome job! Our client loved her, she was very responsive and when one of the inspections came back worse than expected, she was able to get the seller to lower the price by almost 20 thousand dollars. Great Negotiator!!

I'm a relatively new Mortgage Loan Officer and I've been blessed to work out of the same office with Karina. I noticed her attention to detail and the way she goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of her clients. So once an opportunity arose for me to work with a client who didn't already have a realtor they were working with, Karina, was the realtor I chose for them without hesitation! And boy did she ever do a phenomenal job! She found our clients a home they absolutely fell in love with, and we were able to close the transaction in about 25 days even in the midst of the MLS getting hacked at the time! I will always be here to be of service to Karina. She's definitely at the top when it comes to her professionalism, character, and as one of the most amazing realtors out there, hands down!
