What is the most painful component of selling real estate? Preparation!
There are few of life experiences to compare with the drudgery and psychic pain incurred through the process of rolling up your sleeves and getting your place ready to sell, dental surgery perhaps, but Karina made it as close to a pleasure as is humanly possible. When she came to the door the first weekend before listing she popped the trunk of her car and began unloading all the tools necessary to shine our house into the rare jewel we knew was lying just underneath the surface. She confidently proclaimed we would make the eagle scream we she closed on our older uncared for property, and she did! We closed at over 25% higher then our asking price. In fact, I’m writing this review in the golden sands of Mexico on vacation with the extra money our house made for us:)

Good customer service is of utmost importance, particularly when dealing with the sell and/or purchase of a new home. I feel very comfortable asking Karina anything…my concerns are her concerns. Karina gets her clients. I'm a little persnickety. She does the work it takes to know & satisfy her people (even if some of us deserve a good slap upside the head -- OK me). You just have to trust that she will do the right thing, not waste your time, and is always looking out for her folks best interests. Sure, there are other options, but when you want a steak, top ramen just won't do; Karina is the A5-Waygu.

Karine sold my property promptly and efficiently. She was a huge help managing my renters (and their mess!) , she found me painters, housecleaners, window repairs. She negotiated an excellent price for our sale ! All in all Karine was an excellent manager who understands the market and ALL this during a pandemic !
