Karl and his team of experts were an absolute pleasure to work with. He took care of everything, well above the level I’ve seen from any other realtor with whom I’ve worked. Not only is he great to work with, he. Got us $165k above our asking price, even before the house formally went on the market. I would actively seek to work with him again.

It was a pleasure working with Karl as he helped my Wife and I find our first home! We were new to the homebuying process, but he did a great job walking us through the steps to ensure we were prepared and ready to eventually purchase a home. Karl is extremely responsive, whether that's via texting, email or over phone calls and he goes above and beyond to meet your needs so that you can view potential homes when it best fits your schedule. We had a great experience with Karl. He’s a personable guy who is quite knowledgeable about the local market. He found us a builder/buyer that accepted our asking price almost immediately. The whole process ran quite smoothly and we felt like all we had to do was relax and let him take on the heavy lifting which allowed us to focus on the details of our move. His communications were clear and concise with easy directions and if we had any questions he was responsive and helpful.
