Karl was the ultimate professional. I could not have imagined that my mother's house would sell so quickly at such a good price. Since I was not in the area at the time, he took care of everything and stayed on top of the closing process. I could not have done this without him. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate agent either to sell a property or to buy one.

We met Karl at an open house after immediately falling in love with the home. Although Karl was relatively new working with our neighborhood area, he was prompt in finding all answers to any questions we had. Karl was attentive and able to be reached at anytime of day or night, he was full of information, and even listened to my questions seeking furniture and decor advice! Karl eased our hesitation when he was willing to show us as many homes as we needed to see in order for us to be comfortable that we were making the right decision. His recommendation to use Home Services Lending was also one of the best decisions we made. They are in constant contact and make the entire mortgage approval process so easy and painless! It feels as though you've gained two new friends after the entire process is over. We are first time home buyers and will not hesitate to use Karl on our future home purchases!
