I cannot say enough good things about Karla. She was absolutely phenomenal through the home buying process. In reality, she got our very first offer accepted, and then again 5 more times with 5 other homes! She worked for us 24/7 and always made herself available. Did I mention that we used the VA Loan? We were impressed by her professionalism and ability to get things done! If you're considering using her for your home buying needs, don't look any further!

We love Karl! She really went the extra mile and got us in a great house. We were separated by 6 hrs of time difference while we were stationed overseas and she corresponded at all hours of the day. She made sure contractors had access to the house to remodel and repair. She got us to closing and made sure that we got a good deal in a competitive market. I also want to thank her for her recommendation on her loan officer John Hopps. He was excellent and the two of them are a great team for securing a house in the Tampa area!
