Karla Smith

Karla has a unique perspective of the real estate market, as she previously worked as a residential mortgage underwriter and holds an MBA from Georgia State with a concentration in real estate. She has an extensive background in marketing spanning over 10 years in multiple industries including hospitality, non-profit and B-to-B. Karla’s passion for real estate started with having a general contractor for a dad when she learned early on what quality work and construction looked like.

Real estate is much more than buying and selling – it’s emotional and it’s about people’s lives. Karla’s approach is to embrace clients in a unique way that caters to their individual needs and to provide them with support to navigate through the home buying and selling process. Karla lives in Marietta and enjoys playing tennis, scuba diving, reading, volunteering and spending time with her family, especially her three sons.
