Karla Yarbrough

A native Texan, Karla relocated to the Mid-Atlantic region in 1999. She earned her Virginia real estate license in April of 2000 and her West Virginia license in 2003. She has won numerous sales awards and gained a solid reputation for her knowledge of both Northern Virginia and West Virginia and her excellent client service. Karla puts her client’s needs first and has developed many long-term relationships with those clients, resulting in many second and third-time buyers. Referrals constitute 90% of her clientele made up of past client recommendations and referrals from family and friends. Outside of real estate Karla enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her “grand dog” Molly.
