Karlee is Fantastic with a capital F!

Being a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect for the entire home buying experience and was slightly nervous. Karlee made the experience very smooth and easy for me. Along the way, I had a lot of questions as any home buyer would. Most of the time she was able to answer them right then and there. For the questions she was not completely sure of, she was able to find the answer and get back to me in a timely manner.

I hit a few speed bumps along my journey. Within a week of closing, I found out that my closing date may have to be moved back due to the closing documents not being correct and finalized by my lender. This was very frustrating as this had been close to a year-long process. By the time I found this news out, Karlee had already been fixing the issue. She had contacted the lender and the title company to get everything squared away. She made sure all the closing documents were correct and finalized so that they could be forwarded to the title company in time for closing. If it wasn't for Karlee, the documents would not have gotten to the title company and my closing would have been delayed.

Karlee is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and ambitious. She will take the time to help you find what you are looking for. She will make sure you understand the process, the numbers, and what your responsibility as a homeowner is. Trust me, if you want things to get done right, choose Karlee. At the end of the day, you need Karlee on your team.

Karlee is extremely knowledgeable, she was just as invested in finding us our perfect starter home as we were. We told her what we were looking for and she couldn’t have found a more perfect place. Karlee made this process so fun and stress free. She is always thinking ahead, handling any issues before they can even be a problem. She is super fast and on top of everything, we were truly so happy with her!! You can tell she does this cause she loves it and loves helping people find not just a house but a home! I would 100% recommend her to anyone, she is someone you can trust!! I’m so glad we had her through this process and look forward to working with her in the future!

Karlee Warren is very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the entire selling of our home to moving to our new home. She is very responsive and everything was completed in a 4 week span of time!!
