Karol Yeager

Karol has been involved in the Real Estate industry for well over 21 years. She also was in the newspaper advertising business (back when print was the advertising choice for most businesses) and in the home furnishings & buying industry for 18 years with two local furniture companies. She absolutely loves design and marketing and how they relate to homes. She really likes sharing ideas with her buyers about what a home could look like with the right style of furniture and placement, floor coverings, and accessories. Helping them maximize their home’s potential is always fun for her! Guiding her sellers with suggestions of how to get their home what she calls, “buyer ready” is very rewarding. Most of the time a few changes here and there can make a world of difference to the appeal, size, and traffic flow of the home she will be listing!

Karol is a hometown gal, born and raised in Defiance and has been married to her husband, Tim, for over 40 years. Together they have two sons, a daughter, a daughter-in-law along with a son-in-law, and yes the best part of all these adult kids are the grandchildren they gave them. They have become their pride and joy…they love their roles of being Grandparents! Their big backyard is family entertainment, their pond and the grandkids make for very enjoyable summers! She and her husband love cruise ships, cruising has become their favorite vacation!

Anyone who knows her knows she is a Relay for Life volunteer, and has been for more years than she can count. She loved being on the Relay for Life of Defiance County Leadership Committee & the Committees Survivor Chair. She loves to Relay alongside her Realty Five Relay Team.
