In the competitive arena of real estate, Kalli stands out as someone who brings dedication, heart, and soul to everything she does. Raised in Aspen, Colorado, Kalli always had an entrepreneurial spirit, working her way through college, starting several small businesses and being a successful working commercial actress/model for over 25 years. When Kalli moved to Los Angeles over 28 years ago, she fell in love with Southern California and the possibilities of having skiing, the mountains, the canyons, the beach, and the energy of a big city all within reach.
The move to real estate was the next natural step for Kalli after successfully completing a residential development project with her husband (and two children) after they purchased and converted a condemned teardown into paradise found. Out of that grew Ocelli Design, her company with her husband, Joe, a licensed general contractor, which services all types of clients in all areas of development, design, and construction. Among other publications, they have been featured in Sunset Magazine and on the Venice Garden Tour.
With vision and finesse, Kalli built on her diverse network of connections in multiple industries, allowing her to capitalize on off-market, never-listed properties in a highly competitive arena. Whether working with buyers or sellers, she has managed to strike the perfect balance between sensitivity to her clients’ needs and commitment to impressive results. She takes time to guide, educate and communicate openly with her clients throughout the entire process, to put their minds at ease and inspire decisions that are right for them. Kalli is always one to think creatively to find creative solutions and knows how to troubleshoot obstacles with diplomacy and competence to get results.
Kalli enjoys sunrise hikes with her Golden Retriever, beach days, camping, skiing, early morning flower mart runs, live music, movies and adventures with her family and friends.
