My husband is military and in the beginning of December we received orders to CT with only 6 weeks to relocate and find a home. As soon as we received our orders we found Karyn and we are so thankful we did! She has been incredibly helpful and resourceful and went above and beyond to help us find and purchase our dream home! We could not be happier! She made the entire process stress-free and effortless. Because we were house hunting remotely, Karyn was our eyes and ears and would FaceTime us from the homes and scope out the neighborhoods, school systems, nearest shopping, etc., even on the weekends. She truly goes the extra mile for her clients. In addition to helping us find and buy a perfect home, she painted us the most BEAUTIFUL portraits of our dogs for our mantle as a housewarming gift (she is crazy talented—if you need an artist to paint a portrait of your pet, she’s your woman!) Thank you so much Karyn for all of your hard work and for helping us buy our first home!

Karyn is truly amazing. When we went into the buying process I was very nervous but she helped to ease those nerves and was very honest with our choices and was able to answer any question we had. She was patient with us and our desires were not always easy. We had a family emergency come up and she was kind enough to give us the time we needed and didn’t rush us. We didn’t feel rushed into a home that wasn’t perfect for us. When we did find our perfect home she was as excited as we were. We owe her so much for the home she helped us find. We will always recommend her and if we choose to sell our home in the future we will use her!

Karyn was the best to work with. Every recommendation for who to work with on our loan, inspections, and lawyers was phenomenal. She gave great advice and didnt waste time taking us to see houses that she knew we really didnt want. She made sure to point things out to us that as first time home buyers we may not have looked at or thought of. She was easy to get a hold of, hardworking and couldn't ask for a better realtor. We would use her again for any home buying or selling in the future.
