By the time I worked my first deal with Karysa, I already had an established Mortgage business & I thought I was already working with the best Real Estate agents the Miami market had to offer. When I met Karysa she was the listing agent to a deal I was working & immediately on our first conversation I knew she took her profession seriously. Her communication was 2nd to none & I LOVED how she represented her seller. I knew I wanted her on my team & I wanted to continue working with her moving into the future. Sure enough, when I had the opportunity, I presented to her a fully pre approved buyer & she took the offer to help this buyer. As I expected she went above and beyond for our client & made him a homeowner. Since then I have never stopped working with Karysa & I try to work with her as much as possible. Meeting her & being able to work with her has truly been a blessing.

I can not begin to explain the amazing experience we received with Karysa Perez as our realtor. From the moment we decided to list our beloved apartment to the second we closed, every step was incredibly professional and absolutely detailed. Mrs. Karysa Perez listed the property and even the listing in itself was so thoughtful in truly highlighting every single feature of our home. Once the property was listed, it was under contract in TWO DAYS! Yes...two days!!! That is unheard of! She was so transparent throughout the whole process and provided EXCELLENT communication every step of the way with any questions or concerns we had.
