I am a long term Thurston County Resident and graduate of Leadership Thurston County which has given me tons of knowledge of the area. My husband Doug, is a native of Yelm, WA where we have raised three children.

I have 17 years of real estate experience. Prior to becoming a realtor, I was a Commercial Lender. Throughout my career, I learned the importance of client relationships, accountability, and what my client’s needs are to succeed. I developed a passion for helping my clients achieve that success. I took that passion, and applied it to my love of homes and changed my career path to Real Estate!

Kasandra worked with my husband and I to, not only get the most out of the market when selling our home but also worked to find the perfect home to raise our family. She was very intuitive, listened to your wants and provided great potential listings throughout the whole process. She provided feedback, suggestions and other options if we felt like we were not going to find THE house. However she found us THE house, we are forever grateful for her dedication and patience. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

As first time buyers we really had no idea what we were doing. Kasandra was great at asking us the right questions to sort through all the options and get us exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately she helped us realize we're fixer upper people and how to make the smartest investment that has worked out so well for our family. We don't plan on moving because we found the perfect home, but I highly recommend working with her!
