About Kasandra

Growing up on the northwest side of Indy, Kassie always thought of Indianapolis as the definition of the perfect metropolitan city. From the close-knit neighborhoods, world-class sports, and award-winning cuisine, she loves to call Indy home.

Kassie left for college and spent several years in Las Cruces, NM, before moving back to Indy to plant her roots. After college, she served as a funeral director for five years for a family-owned funeral home. It was at that job that her passion for helping others truly unfolded. When it was time for a change, her interest in beautiful homes, neighborhoods and unmatched devotion to serving others helped solidify the decision to begin helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Kassie has lived in many of the neighborhoods that she specializes in from Broad Ripple to SoBro, to a quaint neighborhood in Speedway, Indiana. She now resides in Meridian- Kessler with her boyfriend Jayson and two big dogs. She loves being within walking distance of her favorite restaurants, shops, and historical architecture.

Since 2018, Kassie has specialized in selling condos and single-family homes in Midtown Indianapolis. While most of her business is working with buyers, she has a passion for listing homes and the unique marketing she utilizes in selling them.
