Kasey was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made the home buying process so straight forward and enjoyable for us, especially since we were first time home buyers and weren’t as familiar with everything that comes with buying a house. Kacey is amazing!! She made our first home buying process so much easier than we expected. She was so easy to communicate with, arranged tours of homes quickly and at times that worked for us, worked so hard to make our offers competitive in a crazy market, and walked us through all the steps of the closing process. She got to know what we wanted in a home and our communication styles and truly showed us that she cared about helping us find the perfect home. Kasey is AMAZING! She is very upbeat and considerate and truly wants you to find your perfect home. My experience with her exceeded my expectations. She has great knowledge of the Denver area and the real estate business. She told me about metroDPA, which I have never heard of that offers up to 6% downpayment assistance. She has such good energy about her that when I was feeling defeated by being out bid or looking at the 32nd home, she would always pick me back up. She has great connections in the industry and REALLY works hard on your behalf. She knows how to negotiate to have the seller consider your application. I was able to grab a new build townhome in a great location! If you are looking to buy in Denver definitely consider her. This is one of the toughest markets in the US! She will also do hand stands and flips for you once you close hahahhaha!!!
